Portrait of a Left Handed Son

Directed by Eric Biddle

This is a video done by my friend Eric which I hope will serve to explain what my upcoming album “Left Handed Son” is about and why I do the things I do with art. Give it a reblog if you wish.

I didn’t know—now I do. Well done.

“Life is painful. It has thorns, like the stem of a rose. Culture and art are the roses that bloom on the stem. The flower is yourself, your humanity. Art is the liberation of the humanity inside yourself.” ― Daisaku Ikeda
